In December 2023, a plastic products company in Xiamen needed to export a total of 70 containers to Singapore.
The project had a critical constraint: the first batch of 10 containers was extremely urgent.
Although the client had their own established logistics platform, their existing provider could not find a vessel schedule in Xiamen that met the deadline.
After reviewing the shipment, we identified three main operational requirements:
Schedule Gap: There were no suitable sailing schedules available from Xiamen Port to meet the urgent delivery date.
Trust Barrier: As this was the first collaboration, and the client had no experience shipping via Quanzhou, there was initial friction regarding the operational process and pre-declaration requirements.

Action: We rapidly executed the entire chain: Booking, Stowage Planning, SI/VGM data upload, Customs Release, and Gate-In.

After the successful delivery of the first 10 containers, the client’s trust was secured. We applied the same efficient workflow to the remaining 60 containers.
Result: The remaining batches were shipped quickly and efficiently, completing the entire 70-container order.
